Having grown up in a city near Tokyo, Japan, I was fascinated by the natural beauty of Australia. I was inspired oneday by driftwood that I found washed up on the beach. I took some home and started creating different things.

I love the beauty, colour and shape.

When I found the handmade paper with natural leaves and roses on, I discovered that blending the wood and the paper to create lights is something I’ve instinctively known.
